All bookings secure your child’s place for the full duration of the term booked.

In the event that Studio 12 Dance & Acrobatics cancels a class, a refund will be issued for the affected session(s).

If your child is unable to attend a class once it has been booked, or if you choose to cancel, refunds will not be issued.

We prioritise the safety, enjoyment, and quality of each class, ensuring every dancer has the space and support to learn in a safe and positive environment. For this reason, class sizes are carefully managed and not overfilled.

These payment terms help us maintain high standards across all classes and ensure the best possible experience for every dancer.
